Ultra Runners South Australia are proud to announce the 2nd Adelaide 6 Day event taking place in picturesque Thorndon Park Reserve. Starting Sunday September 29 2019 we'll put on another great race for all of the multi-day runners out there, in addition to staying true to our mantra of putting on inspiring events in our awesome state of South Australia.

Thorndon Park is a great location for running. The certified 1425.5m cement track, with 10m elevation per lap, is perhaps one of the most scenic going around. And with world class timing at our fingertips this event will be one of the most well-rounded and professionally presented events in the world.

To find out what it’s all about please have a read of the Race Briefing section of this web page, and be sure to get in before October 15 2018 to receive a huge 20% off entry. After this date the second tier Early Bird of 10% discount commences, and runs to April 1st 2019. You will also receive an extra 5% off if you are a member of a national ultra running association. If you are over 60yrs of age on race day you receive a further 10% - please email Ultra Runners South Australia to request your discount code.


We are also offering a 48 Hour and 72 Hour for those who feel 6 days might be too much of a jump for this year.

And we are also pleased to be offering part proceeds to our chosen charity Unicef, who do amazing work helping disadvantaged children.

Early bird discounts

Pay before Oct 15th 2018: receive 20% off the race fee.
Pay before Apr 1st 2019: receive 10% off the race fee.

Discounts apply for AURA members via the entry form. We are unable to offer discounted rates to Ultra Runners South Australia/Yumigo! volunteers for this event.

Aid stations

All Ultra Runners South Australia races are cup-free. Athletes, support crew, and volunteers are asked to bring their own refillable vessels such as flasks, bottles or collapsable cups.
